As President, he oversees project execution from initial sourcing through stabilization, leveraging the company's four-decade track record and established relationships throughout the region.
Prior to joining the family business, Tyler gained valuable experience at Toll Brothers, where he spent six years in the New York City High Rise Division managing large-scale condominium developments. His tenure included oversight of complex urban projects and coordination with municipal agencies, subcontractors, and financing partners in highly regulated markets.
Tyler holds a Master's degree from NYU and brings institutional development experience to Kalian's entrepreneurial platform.
